The Courier has served the Town of Carstairs since 1982. It is a free distribution newspaper serving with a circulation of 4,000. It is published by Mountain View Publishing, which also publishes the Didsbury Review, Sundre Round Up, Innisfail Province, Olds Albertan, and the Mountain View Gazette.
