About Innisfail Province

Innisfail is a bustling town of over 7,700 with more than 450 businesses. It has experienced steady growth over the years resulting in a solid business base. It is home to the RCMP's canine training depot, which proves to be a popular tourist destination all year long. In 2007, there were $48,437,115 in building permits.

Meaning "Isle of Destiny" in celtic, Innisfail is framed by the majestic Rocky Mountains to the west and Alberta's major north/south corridor, Highway 2, to the east.
